At Pierre & le Loup, fish production is carried out in an artisanal and respectful manner. Our cages, installed in the sea, house species such as sea bass, gilt-head bream, and meagre, raised under optimized conditions to prioritize animal welfare and delicate flavor.
By reducing stocking density and using juveniles from selected wild broodstock, we guarantee an exceptional product, far from the standards of intensive production. The entire process is designed to ensure impeccable quality, from farming to sale.
